Our subscriptions are super flexible - you can change the quantity you receive or even skip an order from your account page whenever you'd like. We always email you when we're getting ready to pack up your next order, so you're never charged by surprised. And, if you need to be charged on a certain day or at a specific cadence, you can always email our support team. We're here for you!
Of course! We offer a monthly subscription, but you can choose how many you need each month – as little as 15 briefs in a box. You can also skip or modify your subscription anytime.
We get it. Whatever your needs, we’ve got you. Our High & Dry Briefs come in a box of 15, but you can select up to 4 boxes of 60 High & Dry briefs to be delivered each month. You can change your subscription anytime.
Every product is covered by The Hazel Promise: Love it, or we’ll cover it. If you’re anything less than thrilled, we’ll gladly refund your purchase.

Shipping
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also login to your account anytime to track your order, or text/call us at (855) 550-0478.
Once you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirming it. Orders typically ship out the day after we receive them.
We currently ship within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Unfortunately, we don’t distribute outside the U.S. just yet, but we hope to go international soon. Follow us on social media/subscribe to our emails for the latest updates.
We ship via USPS, and your package should arrive between 1-6 business days.
Orders under $50, including the trial kit, cost $5 to ship. All other orders ship free!

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Right now we don’t, but check with your insurance company to see if you can be reimbursed. If you need a receipt, you can download it from your order history.
We charge your credit card upon shipment. The charge will appear as “Hello Hazel, Inc”

The High & Dry Briefs
The Hazel High and Dry Brief is designed for all day protection and holds up to 1.5 cups of liquid (that’s a bladder full!).
Our briefs are powerfully absorbent, but they’re a one-and-done, disposable product, and not washable.
We used innovative materials safe for even the most sensitive skin.
Our briefs contain moisture-wicking natural fibers which are breathable and odor-eliminating in addition to being ultra-absorbent and disposable.

Yes! The Trial Kit (a selection of two High & Dry Briefs) is free – you just pay $5 for shipping. You’ll then be automatically opted into our subscription, and your first box will ship 10 days later. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email ahead of time, so you can skip, change, or cancel your subscription before you’re charged.
We’re pretty speedy. Your trial should arrive within 5-7 days via USPS.
