The Hazel Promise

Every product is covered by The Hazel Promise: Love it, or we’ll cover it. If you’re anything less than thrilled, we’ll gladly refund your purchase. 

Please email us at hi@hellohazel.com with your Order # so we can assist you.  We love feedback, so we may ask you a few questions about your experience.

Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to process. Requests must be received within 14 days of order arrival. 

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
